The world is changing and becoming increasingly volatile, industries and lives sites have become difficult and the emergence of social media is growing. We are witnessing a society where everyone want to contribute no matter where he comes from. More often we are witnessing the growing heterogeneity of various contributors to innovative projects, SAT started experimenting analysis from different viewing angle to stay efficient in this changing environments. The experiment creates closeness despite the diversity of point of views more effectively and constructively.
Phenomena such as design Jams who like Hackathon oriented to service innovation or co- design workshop that make able to innovate with different approach in less time. Launched by some professionals in a specific sector, who are looking for professionals in other different sectors. This practice aims to integrate non professionals

How can communities succeed in the  achievement of sustainable and lasting results coming from these innovations.

To get there we must put in professional and non-professional knowledge , but also (political, economic or legal) knowledge, this set generally consists of people convinced of their ignorance in the field in question, they lack confidence and therefore remain silent and inactive in the project: one of the real challenge is to get them break their silence in order to integrate the perennial way in those communities. To succeed in this, it is important to encourage stakeholder collaboration, stimulate their engagement and learning, create awereness, give confidence  to timid  individuals in order to have  their opinion on the matter because it is equally beneficial for an innovation that tends to the needs of all the community.

To succeed we must combine both technological and social innovations.

The living lab is focused on these two areas by working to bring out the uses of innovation.

For more profitable use of innovation we apprehend variously considering the idea. Thus, multiple stakeholders are integrated with the example of citizens, industies, administration or users themselves are also put to use very quickly and builds the experiment for a long time both on the field and in the ideas to mature the process of innovation with creativity.

– Identify opportunities for innovation
– For Co. to develop innovative products and services socially

How does co-design works?

Co-design is both a project of experimentation and creation in a period and where the provision of shareholders involve three main steps, namely: design, phototyping and development. Each of these steps is done with the participation of user, fdetection of innovative opportunity.

Case Study

Patrick Dube presented to the audience a project called Maison Justin in oder to reduce domestic accident, involving children. The experience was to make parents feel even through a video how it is with children ages to perceive object in the house, around them in a fun way and their tendency to make game objects regardless of danger. The experience was a success.
