During the last technology for good week, Kongossa Technology and two Design Thinking experts (André Fortin and Juliana Alvarez) collaborated to organize a design thinking workshop. The end goal of that session was to find solutions and new ideas on how technology experts and social entrepreneurs or social enterprises could work together. 3 main ideas emerged from:
- Set-up open innovation process where all the payers or companies can exchange ideas and best practices
- Use technology as a tool specially for those who can’t afford to pay to benefit from technology services
- Promote networks where humans have an important role to play in order ton influence technology
